Averages from 78F/25C to 90F/32C; humidity is 77%. Generally the weather is mild in December with plenty of sunshine and not a whole lot of rain, although not guaranteed. Temperatures during this time is in the 80's during the day and mid 70's during the night. A light shawl would suffice if it gets a tad chilly.
What To Wear
Light, casual clothes are recommended.
Visa Information
U.S. citizens may enter the Philippines without a visa upon presentation of their U.S. passport, which must be valid for at least six months after entry, and a return ticket to the United States or an onward ticket to another country.
Upon arrival, immigration authorities will annotate the U.S. passport with an entry visa valid for 21 days. If you plan to stay longer, you must apply for a visa extension either before your trip from a Philippine Consulate or Embassy Or, once in Manila, you may obtain it from the Bureau of Immigration.
Electricity
220 volts a/c is the common standard. 110 volts a/c is also used, especially in major hotels.
Credit cards
Visa, Diners Club, Mastercard, and American Express Card are accepted in major establishments.
Cellphones
Tri-/Quad-band phones can be used with prepaid SIM cards that are locally available. Make sure your phone is unlocked by your US service provider.
